It was a great cake, but there only feedback I got was to cook it for
slightly less, and more marmalade.





My top tip:-
To give it a nice fresh taste to counter-balance the heaviness of the chocolate, add
two or three dollops of marmalade instead of the chocolate in between the two tiers.
