My disaster!

Don't be like me when trying to make honeycomb! Last weekend, I was making honeycomb, and it was going very well until it came to adding the bicarbonate of soda. I took too long when adding the ingredient, I wasn't quick enough so it dried up! I ended up with a very hard, bitter, sugary orange stuff.

So the moral of the story: Be quick when making honeycomb.

Who Will Win Masterchef The Professionals?

Who will win MasterChef the professionals? Thats been a question on my mind recently. I would put money on Sven, but last year the guy I thought was best, but he didn't perform well in the finals! It was a great cake, but there only feedback I got was to cook it for
slightly less, and more marmalade.





My top tip:-
To give it a nice fresh taste to counter-balance the heaviness of the chocolate, add
two or three dollops of marmalade instead of the chocolate in between the two tiers.
